The R.A.D. Kids objective is to provide educational opportunities for children and parents, concerning awareness and self defense strategies, instilling confidence and reducing the possibility of adverse physical control or harm. Violence against children is not restricted by class, age, race or the community that you live in, it affects us all. R.A.D. Kids can be the tools that your children can use to enhance their ability to defend themselves and make them aware of the dangers in today's increasingly hostile environments. This is an internationally renowned program for children and parents that is simple and effective. This is not a martial arts program that would take years to master. R.A.D. Kids is awareness/self esteem building coupled with self-defense movements. Other topics covered include:

Classes are divided into two age groups: 5-7 year olds and 8-10 year olds.
The 5-7 year old class meets 5 days for 1 hour and fifteen minutes. The 8-10 year old class meets for 5 days for 1 hour and thirty minutes. Parents are required to fill out a registration form and are highly encouraged to attend and participate when needed. Classes are limited to 10-15 students. Parents are provided with a comprehensive manual, which we strongly recommend be reviewed with their children. The instructor is a certified R.A.D. Kids Instructor and a member of Atkinson Police Department.
