The Detective Division is staffed by Detective Sergeant Phil Farrar.  He is the third in command of the Atkinson Police Department and is responsible for investigating a number of different types of complaints.  Some of these include, but are not limited to the following:

Detective Sergeant Farrar is also the department liaison to the Assistant County Attorney at the Plaistow District Court.
