New Hampshire Statutes that are important to the public:

RSA 261:176 Misuse/Failure to Display Plates:

New Hampshire is a two plate State.  All vehicles are required to have two plates on there vehicle unless otherwise permitted to have one plate by the Director of Motor Vehicles (i.e. dealer plates, etc.)

 RSA 265:107-a Child Passenger Restraint Required:

Any person under the age of 18 as a passenger or operator of a motor vehicle shall wear a seat or safety belt which is properly adjusted and fastened. Any driver who violates this statute shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine according to the statue.
